UNIT 8 PUSH AND PULL

(1)  We push and pull to do many things. Example, play basketball, weeding, push trolley, play kites, sawing, scrubbing floor.











(2)  Pushing and pulling can
       (a)  change the shape of objects.
       (b)  make things speed up.
       (c)  make things slow down.
       (d)  make things change direction.


(3)  How things move depends on their sizes and how hard we push or pull them.

UNIT 7 MIXING THINGS

(1)  Some materials can dissolve in water. They will disappear in water. Example: sugar, salt, instant coffee powder and milk.


 










 (2)  When a material dissolves in water, we get a solution.

(3)  Some materilas cannot dissolve in water. These materials do not dissapear in water. Example: sand, coin, key and leaf.
